Nanny Opportunity – Pirton (SG5) | September Start

A lovely professional family in Pirton is looking for a caring, proactive nanny to join them from 8th September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support two happy, energetic children in a warm and friendly household.

​

Role Details:

• Days: Monday–Thursday (4 days)

• Hours:

  • Mon–Wed: 11:00am – 6:00pm

  • Thursday: 7:30am – 5:30pm

• Alternative Option: The family is open to offering 3 or 4 full days per week for candidates open to taking on additional housekeeping duties.

• Salary: £15–£16 gross per hour (possible higher for the right candidate)

• Location: Pirton, SG5 (parking available)

• Start Date: 8th September

• Driver: Preferred (own car)

Children:

• Boy (4 years): Starting school in September. He’s active, polite, enjoys sports, crafts, and outdoor play. A sensitive soul who thrives with support around transitions.

• Girl (2 years in July): Confident, curious, and full of energy. Loves Lego, books, and playing with her big brother.

Key Responsibilities:

• School and pre-school pickups (within walking distance)

• Lunchtime routine and nap support for the toddler

• Afternoon care and activities for both children

• Morning routine and breakfast support on Thursdays

• Preparing children’s meals

• Children’s laundry

• Planning engaging activities and outings during school holidays

• Supporting emotional regulation and independence

• Encouraging minimal screen time
